With effect from 1st September 2009 all of the FSA Authorised activity previously carried out by Strutt & Parker Real Estate Financial Services Ltd (SPREFS) will be transferred into the newly incorporated business, Ingman-Jones LLP, led by Philip Ingman and Nick Harvey-Jones.  Ingman Jones will specialise in real estate wealth management and corporate finance.  In both parts of the business, we have the common goal of connecting capital sources with  innovative real estate backed assets or strategies in order to achieve their desired returns with minimal risk.  Ingman Jones Wealth Management has been seeded by contracted clients that existed with SPREFS and will continue to offer institutional quality advice on predominantly indirect real estate investments.  Ingman-Jones Corporate Finance will focus mainly on transactional advisory services, with a view to securing ongoing relationships with clients we deliver for.  This is supported by our large database of contacts in the real estate and finance industry, and our sound knowledge of all asset classes of real estate – including alternative asset classes, equities, debt and derivatives. We continue to have a strong relationship with Strutt & Parker and will be based in the same offices at least until the end of 2009.  SPREFS will continue providing development management  and property asset management as normal.
